OmniVoice converts written text into naturally sounding language - directly on your Mac. Choose from more than 600 languages and language variants, design a suitable voice or use your own voice recording as a template. The result is saved as a WAV file and can then be used in videos, presentations, podcasts or other projects. The most important functions - Large variety of languages: OmniVoice supports more than 600 languages and language variants. Currently, 646 language entries are available through the searchable selection. The output quality may vary depending on the language. - Individual voice design: Voice, age, pitch and speaking style can be combined with each other. For English, various accents are also available, and for Chinese, several dialects are available. - Voice Cloning: A short reference recording is sufficient to use their voice as a template for new texts. The audio file can be conveniently selected or dragged and dropped into the program. - Automatic transcription: If no transcript is specified for reference, OmniVoice can automatically recognize the spoken content using Whisper. - Automatic voice: Without special requirements, the speech model independently selects an appropriate voice. - Local processing: After downloading the necessary language models, language generation takes place locally on the Mac. If all models are available, OmniVoice can also be used without an internet connection. - WAV output: The generated language is saved as a WAV file and is immediately available for further processing. - Control and transparency: An overview of the protocol informs about the current progress and possible errors. Ongoing processes can be interrupted at any time. - Notifications and updates: OmniVoice can inform you about completed processes and directly search for available updates from the program.
